Job Title: Electrical Supervisor (Underground Metal Mines)
Location: [Mine Location Zawar/HCL Khetri
Industry: Mining / Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 02 years in underground mining operations or similar industry
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Certification:Must have Wireman & Authorized Permit to work as Supervisor(Mines) from Govt. Electrical Inspectorate Departmant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in underground mining operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, government regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Oversee the work of electrical teams, ensuring proper execution of tasks, and adherence to timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and implement electrical upgrades and projects.
- Maintain records of all maintenance work, inspections, and equipment repairs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Valid Wireman Certificate and Authorized Supervision Certificate from the state government.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in underground mining operations.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit design, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of safety standards and mining regulations.
- Ability to work in challenging underground environments, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
